Are you getting update and announcement emails from the forum? Check your junk/spam folder and make sure that 'admin@ccusergroup.com' is in your approved senders list.

Having trouble joining? Email ccug@external.cisco.com if you need assistance. The two biggest issues are:

1. not receiving the validation email. (Check your junk/spam folder)
2. missing or incorrect information on the registration form, like the Cisco Validation Email. (Make sure you have entered your Cisco Account Rep, Cisco Sales Rep, or similar person's email in the 'Cisco Validation Email' field)
